SYSTEM INTELLIGENCE
Compressed air is no longer just hardware. It is data, performance and risk management. The Digital Twin makes the compressor observable in real time, predicts degradation and prevents unplanned downtime. What used to be maintenance becomes system intelligence — and it changes the economics of compressed air.
01. What the Digital Twin Is
The Digital Twin is a virtual model of the compressor that runs in parallel with the physical machine. It continuously compares expected performance with actual performance in operation.
Deviations, trends and anomalies become visible while the machine is running, allowing intervention before efficiency drops or failures occur.
02. What Digital Twin Monitors
The Digital Twin observes variables that define compressor performance and health.
By comparing measured behavior with the model, degradation becomes visible early — before it affects production.
03. Why It Matters
Compressors rarely fail without warning, but the warning signs are subtle: rising power consumption, small efficiency losses, temperature shifts, vibration changes or unstable load patterns. Without visibility, these are only noticed when performance has already degraded or when production stops.
04. Warranty & Risk
When failures are reactive and unobserved, warranty risk is high for both manufacturer and customer. With a Digital Twin, the operating profile, efficiency and bearing condition are visible throughout the warranty period. This transparency reduces uncertainty, lowers warranty risk and enables longer coverage.
06. Lifecycle Economics
Electricity and unplanned downtime dominate the total cost of compressed air. By preserving efficiency and preventing reactive failures, the Digital Twin reduces operating cost and improves lifecycle reliability. Over multi-year horizons, small efficiency losses accumulate into significant financial impact in continuous-duty environments.
07. Integration & Deployment
For first industrial deployments, the Digital Twin operates as part of the standard installation. Data is collected from the compressor and processed for diagnostics and service planning. No changes to the plant compressed-air network are required.
08. Performance Service
The Digital Twin is offered as a subscription service available for industrial deployments.
Pricing depends on compressor configuration, duty cycle and service requirements, and is provided as part of the technical and commercial proposal.
05. Service & Maintenance
Most compressor interventions are reactive: a performance drop is noticed, production reports an issue, and maintenance responds. This creates unplanned stops, expensive rush interventions and difficult scheduling.
With a Digital Twin, maintenance becomes planned. Degradation trends are visible weeks or months before they become faults. The result is fewer surprises and less disruption to the plant.
Direct Contact
If you are evaluating a new compressor installation or considering a replacement project, we will review your operating profile and provide a technical and commercial proposal tailored to your plant.
