Compressed air accounts for 5% of global electricity consumption. Yet most industrial systems still rely on compressor technology developed decades ago.
Jager compressors are built on oil-free magnetic bearing technology, eliminating mechanical contact, lubrication systems, and wear-related losses. This enables continuous industrial operation with high reliability and stable performance over long service intervals.
With fewer mechanical components, maintenance requirements are significantly reduced, resulting in a lower total cost of ownership. Each machine is engineered using a digital-twin workflow, enabling predictive maintenance throughout its operating life.
Electrical power is converted into compressed air, with waste heat automatically recovered. The recovered heat can be used directly as hot water or, when required, utilized for cooling during summer operation.
